Respected Sir/Madam,
I've a account in gtpl braodband service with mobile number ********** located in Rajkot Gujarat and i've paid amount for one year service.i was living as a rent on house but due to some issue i've shifted mt house to raiya road so i've requested to gtpl to transfer my broadband service from old location to new location but they refuse , they said we can not transfer your broadband service at new location so i've request them to refund payment but they denied and they are not giving proper reply and they are very careless to their customers please help me on this situation.
