Sir my flight from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad on *-**-****. And I had reached to airport before * hours . I went for luggage drop there it closes by *:**pm and I went their at *:**pm departure time is at *:**pm . The indigo persons haven't allowed us and they said to book next flight ...I had requested them ..no one had responded correctly. Even I had asked for differential charge but they said to pay **** rupees which is very ridiculous. I had paid **** rupees on my ticket .. yesterday ** members had suffered on same issue .sir eventhough it is our fault we came late by * to * minutes and we had losses our money , time and suffered a lot for staying..please take it as a serious issue.
