- Refund of spicejet ticket due to lockdown Closed
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had booked ticket with spice jet on **-**-**** for travel on **-**-****,now due to the covid** situation the flight are cancelled. now after several follow up with spice jet they are not ready to refund to our bank account in fact they are creating the credit shell for future booking and also stating the fare difference has been to paid by us. spice jet airfare is too high as compared to other airlines for the date which we select . Also they informing them about the DGCA CIRCULAR they are not ready to pay back.It would be helpful if we get a refund to our bank account or else free change of ticket to another date with out any extra payment in fare difference. Now we are unable to contact them as their web page is not responding responding anymore.
