- Refund of money Open
I have booked an air ticket from Varanasi to Kolkata on **th May **** for **th May **** with Rs. ****. For one person but the matter is that when I started booking through an online website Happy easy go on the first attempt the site showed me the transaction was declined and I didn't get any SMS regarding deduction of money or ticket been done.
After some time when I started again making ticket through the same channel and second attempt, it was successful. But again I got a message for the first transaction that my account has been deducted. They deducted me twice and I got * tickets for * person with the same name. When I called them both of the companies they told me it's your problem and we will not return you a single penny. I requested them that it's not the problem from my end you must return whole money but they denied very rudely and they both told me that talk to airlines (Air India) and the airline told me to talk to happy easy go. After calling them * hours continuously they finally told me that we will not return the money whatever you want to do you can do.
I again requested them if possible please change the passenger name so we two can travel and my money will be saved and they again denied for the same as well. Please do the needful because they not afraid of anything. The customers are losing their money and frustrated.
