I booked a hotel through yatra (guru hotel trichy) for one night tuesday to Wednesday (* jul - * jul) check in ** pm check out ** am for rupees ****. The app (yatra) claimed that the hotel was couple friendly however on reaching the hotel on the day, asking the receptionist for a room was not possible. As the hotel is not couple friendly, he refused to give us the room. I asked for the refund from that particular receptionist, he advised to complain on yatra and this has been happening oftenly as well. I have attached the proof of the same.
