- Refund of holiday package due to lockdown Open

We had booked a tour with travel triangle for kashmir from *th april to *th april vide booking ID-******* Unfortunately due to covid-** leading to a country lockdown we will not be able to travel and asked for a refund of the initial payment made of Rs **** towards this trip.However travel triangle has refused to give any refund and is allowing extention only from dec **** to mar **** . Since we are service class and the period being last quarter of financial year therefore getting holidays would be a challenge for both of us also flight price during christmas vacations are * times the rates i had booked and woukd go completely out of our budget. We need a refund for this amount as cannot take a monetary loss of Rs****
