On **/*/** I had paid Rs. ****.** towards Railway tickets from Visakhapatnam to Gudur by Axis Bank debit card through Phone Pe to I.R.C.T.C transaction No. is P********************** and PhonePe order id no. is***************. But the tickets were not booked. IRCTC replied that the amount is pending from the bank end but Phonepe ticket no. ******* replied that the amount credited to IRCTC account. Irctc did not give any response or refund of my money. Please contact IRCTC and PhonePe and arrange my money as early as possible.
