- Refund of cancelled tickets by Air India Open
I had purchased tickets on **/**/**** for the travel of my wife and daughter from Visakhapatnam to Port Blair on **/**/****. Since it was learnt that the flights were being cancelled due to COVID-** pandemic, i made the cancellation on the same as per the information provided by the customer service that the same can be canceled within ** hrs and the full refund will be made within * to ** working days. But till now i haven't received any refund in this regard.
