I had booked and cancelled an air india ticket bound from kannur to delhi via Kozhikode AI*** due on ** july ****. My booking id: NF************** and PNR :JH*PN. I had cancelled it and * month has passed and I still has not got my refund back. I am unable to contact the authorities neither via app nor via telephone.
