- Refund of cancelled airline PNR Open
I booked a round trip ticket in the month of April from Indigo airline via Flipkart travel with PNR BDVURY. Unfortunately, the airline cancelled the PNR in
view of COVID-** pandemic and subsequently, processed the total refund of Rs. **** on **th June (Transaction ID: *********). I have called and mailed the Flipkart travel customer care multiple times regarding the same but their actions are unfruitful as they are unable to cancel the ticket and process refund. I have even provided them with adequate proof of the cancellation of PNR by the airline, but still their is no positive response from Flipkart travel. I have been waiting for my refund since past five months and it has been really frustrating and irritating. I have been mentally traumatized with persistent fallacious responses from Flipkart travel. Please help me.
