Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about Airline Tickets and Fares
The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a flight ticket on (**-Aug-****) from Istanbul(SAW) to Sharjah (SHJ) travel date on **-oct-**** time **:** on airline Air Arabia. When I reached the airport, the air Arabia hosts said your ticket was canceled by Cleartrip on the **th of Oct **** by the clear trip user or technical glitch. So I was unable to travel on that date and for the next * days as all the flight was full. So I was forced to stay in Turkey Istanbul for two days and also forced to book the flight at a higher price. When I asked for reimbursement, clear trip support is just delaying until now by saying they will investigate this issue.
It occurred on **/**/****
reimburse my hotel, taxi, and new flight ticket cost.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
