- Refund nt processed even after 60 days Open
I booked ticket from seoun ( south korea) to Singapore and Singapore to india through cleartrip for travel date * march , but when i landed airport Singapore airlines not allowed foreign passenger to board flight due to covid ** situation hence i dailed cleartrip, cleartrip agent asked to get me any proof from airport , i rushed at airport and could manage to get notifications issued by Singapore airlines and agent asked me cancel ticket as per discussion
Now its been ** days crossed i didn't get my refund back, its huge amount i paid and cleartrip agents not giving concrete solutions , inly passing time,
This is not at all acceptable now as even i also a victim of covid ** financial crisis
