I had made a flight booking from HappyEasyGo site on March **** for a TRV-DEL/DEL-TRV sector with Airindia. But then I cancelled it from Airindia counters well in advance of the flight date due to some personal reasons. I didn't get the refund and when I enquired with Airindia, they said they had refunded the amount to happyeasygo account.
I had been conversing with the Happyeasygo team ever since. It's been more than a year and I have sent a number of mails. Their customer care is pathetic and mails are going ignored. No status of my money.
I have evidence taken from Airindia stating that I have cancelled the ticket well in advance and they have refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo.
