i had booked ticket fro my friend on make my trip and cancelled due to airline not operating during lockdown/and change of flight they give me option to cancel and request for refund i had cancelled ticket on **th july **** my booking ID of make trip is NF************** Reference No. ***************** i got reply from make my trip after several followups saying they have received refund from airline on **-**-**** and they have processed my refund on **-**-**** this reply i got after *months of followup but i am yet to get my refund i pasting reply i got from airline
