Complaint filed against: Goibibo
I tried booking a ticket on goibibo on 19th Feb 2018. Unfortunately the ticket was not booked but the money was deducted and now after 20 days, GoIbibo is refusing to pay the money back and just asking me to repeatedly do the same thing over and over again. I have already sent them 2 mails and have done countless calls to them. The customer care doesn't respond and continuously disconnects and harass the hell out of me. Please help me.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
