This is regarding the non-refund of payment of my order id #*********** and #*********** dated **/**/**** and **/**/**** respectively for the amount of Rs. *,*** and Rs. *,***, for which the expected delivery was after *-** days of placing the order. However, the order and was not delivered by the Delhivery personnel saying it was out of their delivery area code despite the parcel is in the nearest delivery centre from my address (the reason why I ordered this parcel is because I was once before delivered on the same address by the H&M. It has been now ** days but I haven't got my refund. Also despite my repeated reminders to the H&M team there has been no response or actions taken to my grievances.
You are requested to seriously look into the issue because such a pathetic response is not expected from a brand like H&M. Also, there has been no response to the emails that I have written. There has already been extreme inconvenience caused to me because of their slow and ineffective response mechanism.
