I have cancelled mytickets on ** Apr **** and rebooking on **/May/****.PNR No.N**DSP but flights not operated due to Covid** Goair and Via.com has confirmed that the ticket has been cancelled on **-Apr**** & **/**/**** .But still not received my refund .I have been trying to reach goair and Via.com call center for the last ** days, the phone is engaged throughout the day.My emails went unanswered for a * week.
Again, i wrote back to them on that same day, seeking for the amount, when and how for my refund. They have never ever responded again.
I am helpless as my money has been paid, but due to unforeseen circumstances They have to cancel my trip. But I am finding it very hard to deal with Budget Air that does not respond to emails, perhaps they do not have intention to refund.Kindly need your help.
