- Refund not received Closed
I have taken the Hathway service in the month of **th October, **** and they said the connection would be established in two days but it didn't happened. I have waited more than a week for the connection but it was not done. At the end, I have cancelled and requested refund. After that I have received a call from the Manager Prabhakaran and he asked two more days of time to activate the service but I have requested to cancel the service because I didn't get proper communication. They told me that they have to issue a DD since I have paid cash. The DD will reach me within the ** days of time. But till today I have not received my refund as well as there is no communication from the Hathway agent Selvaraj or the Manager Prabhakaran. It's been more than ** days since I've requested refund. The service that I have received is really pathetic. Kindly look into this and sort out my issue.
