I purchased the new connection on **th Nov ****, the engineer visited to install the connection and told me to pay **** Rs as subscription charges and told me to refer tikona quick-pay for the same,
My first transaction failed due to payment gateway issue, then the engineer force me to do the second transaction because he required the transaction receipt to activate the connection then I did the second transection of RS **** which got successful, after half an hour I got mail that my first transaction also got successfully received to tikona, in this case, I paid twice to tikona for single connection, I requested for my extra payment refund i.e **** Rs, but didn't received proper resolution from tikona support team
