I have stayed at one of the flagship property in Lonavala. The property name is Basilica Holiday Home (OYO Flagship *****). I have booked ** rooms for ** night and my booking amount was Rs. ****/- but the receptionist Mr Shrikant has collected Rs. ****/- from me. During checkout I was busy and I have settled that amount and after that, I realized that I have paid double. The day before yesterday I have contacted Basilica and I have asked them to refund my amount they have sent me an image and told me to contact for a refund. I don't how it's possible to charge guest twice. Please look into it and refund my money.
