I ordered MI a* on *th April from Flipkart and cancelled the order within ** mins of ordering.
I was told I'll be receiving my refund before **th April. The refund was never reflected in my account though Flipkart claims that it has initiated the refund. I'm a working woman and had to visit the bank regarding the same after taking half day's leave. I have been calling Flipkart at least * times a day. The waiting time to reach a senior supervisor was around ** minutes but still, no resolution has been given and my account hasn't been credited with the refund amount of Rs. *****/-.
