Never expected an odd and pathetic behaviour from Oyo rooms. I was checked in hotel Manasa on 27th/28th of Dec 2018, though I gave complete information to the hotel guys they denied to provide the breakfast to my family. Apart he charged the amount. I called to Oyo team, explained clearly to them about the issue I faced, they were felt unhappy and acknowledged me saying that they will provide a refund of 600 Rs on 7th Jan 2019 with an email saying the amount will get credit in 7 to 14 working days. To my surprise after writing more than 30 emails made multiple calls, requested and spoke with many customer experience managers but my refund is not made and my issue is not escalated. This is how they respond, how they act smart, how to cheat, how to behave. I have been attaching my 8 pages of email communication with Oyo rooms regarding my refund.
