- Refund not received Open
my order was picked up from my residence around a month and a half back. i haven't yet received any refund for my order. on the top of it, the site shows that my return request has been declined. i have called the customer care umpteen times but my issue has only partly been resolved. initially the customer care executives insisted that my products( all three of the) weren't picked up in the first place so refund isn't possible. when i insisted and shared the reverse receipt , i received the refund for just one product( off white star pattern sweater of the brand only) out of the three. i had returned all the three products to the same person on the same day. my issue is that when one product has been traced where are the other two? how am i responsible for this lapse on the part of jabong's logistics partner? secondly i fail to understand why i am being harrassed like this. thirdly, why am i being misguided by the customer care team? earlier i received an email stating that jabong hasn't received any off white star pattern sweater and then suddenly it appears in the warehouse and i receive the refund for the same. this is not the way how a complaint should be dealt with. this actually compels me to reconsider any further purchase from jabong. losing a customer won't matter to a giant like jabong, of course but losing my hard earned money this way surely does matter to me. also, how would we know whether the person coming to pick up our return order is representing jabong?? they don't have an id. the receipt that is given by them seems to be of no use( which is clear in my case since producing the receipt has borne no result) . i shared the reverse receipt attachment with the customer care team . sometimes they acknowledge receiving it and then suddenly i get a mail from them saying that they haven't received any attachment so they can't assist me.
