I have booked air tickets from Mumbai to Coimbatore and return for Rs. ***** on *th February ****. Due to some personal reasons I have to cancel the tickets on the same day. The application (easemytrip) showed that refund of Rs. **** is initiated and will reflect within *-** days in your bank account. But till date (**th February ****) I have not received my refund amount. I have checked with the bank also but they haven't received any such amount in their account.
