I had my flight booking (* adults) from India (Delhi) to Vancouver (Canada) travel date# ** April **** PNR # MJE**M . The booking was done on goibibo website & was for Air China.Due to the COVID situation the flight got cancelled as all borders were closed. I requested Goibibo to cancel my tickets and provide a refund. Its been almost * months and they haven’t issued any refund. They keep saying they need confirmation from the Airline but Airline has already confirmed that i am eligible for full refund. I even provided the confirmation from AirChina to Goibibo on Twitter but still no luck. They have stooped responding to my messages. Its a huge amount of money and big mental stress due to this run around that i am getting from them.
