- Refund Not Received Data Missing from their MyTrips Page Open
Booked International Flight in January **** for trip from BLR-ROME on *st May and return on **th May. The Flight was cancelled on April ** **** at behest of one of their employee as Jet Airways stopped their service. They kept me on hold regarding the refund for a year. They say case is with NCLT in Jul **** and thats the last email sent to me. However I was reaching them every now and then via their portal. Now, they have removed the cancelled booking from My Trips page without any intimation and attempts to contact them have been fruitless. Every available source of contact tells me to register complaint via MyTrips section and nothing is their in MyTrips section presently.
