I made a flight booking from Portblair to Hyderabad on **th march..I received a ticket on my mail that my booking is confirmed but when i was trying to do web check in , The airlines told me this booking is not valid and my ticked is not confirmed.so again i contacted the Goibibo ,they replied that my ticket got cancelled.lets suppose if i went to airport with that Fake ticket. And one of the Team manager assured me that refund will be provided with in ** hrs.Till now I didn’t received the refund.can anyone suggest me how to raise a complaint against this company in Court.I have strucked in an island for *days by beleiving this fraud company.
