i ordered Wd Black SN ***X ssd at * october from Amazon appario retail private limited
, when i received this product at * th october ,
then i unboxed this product But the original product was missing . so i call the amazon customer executive
then amazon customer executive raise the complaint at *th october , after concern team investigate this case
Amazon Concern team believes that you received the wrong product from Amazon in error
so amazon senior customer executive
refund process initiated on **th october and raise pick up on **th october .
so after lots of problem i faced and Nonsense amazon pickup process , finally *rd november amazon delivery man picked up at this product
but i didn't receive my refund , so i call to the amazon customer executive
i call amazon customer executive to solve my problem and Give me a refund , but every time Amazon Customer Executive ,
totally excuses meaningless and senseless arguments and sometimes amazon customer executive miss and rude behavior to me.
So my humble request to voxya please solve my problem as soon as possible time and Help me get refund from Amazon
