I booked i** car on June ** and was told that car was not there and was offered XUV which I refused and cancelled the booking. My booking ID is JPS*NP*SE. For a refund of ***rs I am waiting from ** days and everytime I call zoomcar they tell there is some issue and they r working on it. I am getting fake assurance . Please intervene and help me get my refund.
