- Refund Not received Open
OYO life property NOD*** got closed on November **** & I was told to shift to new property, I shifted to new property rent for new property was Rs.**** Approx. & rent for old was Rs.*,***.
When I shifted to new property They charged me according to previous property only. also I have paid Rs.**** approx. more which was uncertainly charged.
I have paid rent according to previous property & as well paid Rs.**** extra charge then when I told them about extra charges getting involved, they told me to end the ongoing booking id & created new id according to new property by their supervisor.
Now old property booking. I'd which was ended with full closure under OYO property supervisor & OYO life app, they should pay me security deposit which is ₹**** in * within * month.
It has been * months & more I haven't received my security deposit refund despite. Mails, calls & regular followups.
Now. I want security deposit plus extra amount which was charged due to this I have to cut my expenses for regular milk & cereals total it makes Rs. *, ***.
Please help me in getting this matter close early and please refund me the hard earned money by myself by living miles away from home.
