I had booked my flight from Vizag to Mumbai for ** Mar **. The booking was done on ** Feb ** using Airindia web page as a guest user. A total amount of Rs ***** was deducted from my account. However, when I called Airindia customer care I was told that my ticket is cancelled as payment wasn’t received by Airindia. I took up the case with SBI and SBI has closed the case stating that the transaction was successfully settled with the merchant. Screenshot of the SBI message is enclosed. I have been trying to contact Airindia since last one month and have written no of email to e-commerce and call. firstname.lastname@example.org and not received even a single reply from them.
