I ordered some product on ** June **** and I cancelled for some reason they told that one it get back to them they will give me the refund amount. I got msg *th July **** that is refund initiated . But it's took * to * working days to reflect my account. Today is **th July ****, still I didn't receive any amount. When I am calling mamaearth coustomer service they told me to contact bank but bank told me that to contact marchant. When I called them either no one is picking up my call between *am to *pm or no one supported me. * times I went bank and call mamaearth they are no supportive. Wrost coustomer service and zero supportive. Last time there was and female agent and she spoke with me very rudely. I want my money back. Mamaearth is cheating with us. Please help me.
