I have booked a room from OYO when I reached the place I'm unable to locate the property, whereas called ** times to their customer care but they haven't provided any solution. Also not even received the refund for amount Rs ****/- booked on ** May and till today ** May'** not received the refund. Team, please help to get my money back.
