Complaint filed against: Myntra India
The product was cancelled on 21st feb and I was assured that amount will be refunded within 5days, but since no action was taken from team I called to customer care and asked the team to get me to their higher escalation team. After contacting the next level the call was disconnected and no one bothered to call back. I am still awaiting for my amount but now I want to drop a legal notice to Myntra for the delay and the time they have consumed. I could have used this amount for some other useful needs and moreover when the terms say to refund the amount within the given timeframe why wasn't that done. Please help.
