I have booked *days and *night tour package which includes * safari jeep and * room for one night and paying Rs - ****/- in advance and rest amount to be paid on arrival for the period **/**/**** to **/**/****. But due to spread of Covid** and lockdown of whole country, I have to cancel my trip and want refund as govt. has directed to cancel all tour and trips. In this case, its moral responsibility of the agency to refund but he denied.
