I have booked a flight ticket through Yatra.com for Varanasi to Bangalore on **th of January ****. The date of Journey was **th of April ****. Due to COVID-** and lockdown all the flights were cancelled and from the flight companies it was told that the amount is safe as a credit shell. In September I tried to book ticket through credit shell but I didn't find any option for this. So, I opt for the ticket cancellation, and in reply I got a email from Yatra support team on **nd of September with details of refundable amount, which was **** INR after the deduction of online processing fee and promotional discount. In the email, it was clearly mentioned that "We would like to inform you that a refund of INR **** for your booking is being processed which may take *-** working days to reflect in the original mode of payment. You will receive an email notification regarding the same". But even After ** days there is no response from yatra support team. I even tried to communicate them on email but got no response. Please look into this Matter ASAP, as my hard earned money is with them without any interest.
I have also booked two more tickets and the total refundable amount is *****.
