I had placed an online order on Medjio (Ref: Med***************) for the purchase of medicine for my father. This was a prepaid order for which I paid the whole amount (Rs ****.**) in advance from my Paytm account. The very next I received a message from Medjio stating that your order has been cancelled on account of some "unavoidable reasons". There was not a single word in the mail regarding the refund of the advance payment. Since then I have been following up with the company for the refund but they are not responding/replying at all for all my correspondence. I feel like cheated/ditched by the company. Don't know when I will get my refund?
