My Items were returned on or near ** July ****. But I haven't received refund yet for above returned products. I have been chasing nearly from ** July then * Cases were created by there customer support team. Case *: ********* , Case *: *********.
There is no proper response they are giving why my refund is not being processed when I have received confirmation email of returns. They just say it will be solved , they will do all to resolve my concern. No one from higher management calls even after I requested them a call back. Just a useless service. This is extremely disappointing from team. My amount is also little higher that's why I keep on chasing them.
Please look into the matter on priority else I'll share bad reviews on twitter and other social media.
Please take your customers seriously.
