- Refund not made for a rejected product ^Closed

I had ordered a sling bag with order number UM****** from utility online shopping mall.

On ** Sept ****, the delivery man with order no UM****** came and I refused it. However, an email was sent to me saying the product is delivered. I called the delivery man (**********) to check the status. He picked the call twice but told me that he will call back but he never did.

I had earlier called CCE to request for cancelling the order before it came for delivery. I was told that it cannot be done. However, I can reject to accept the product when delivery man comes. Ultimately it will get cancelled if it is not accepted and the amount will be refunded. That is what I had done. However, upon getting email that the product was delivered in spite of rejecting it, I sent an email in the evening that same day and also had spoken to the CCE and they responded saying that they will look into the matter and would get back which they never did. Instead I got email stating closure of the complaint. I had written to them few more times about the issue and also had spoken to the CCE. Always they replied the same. However, I got a call from a number which I had not saved and the man on the other side said he is calling from a courier service (name and number I have forgotten as I had received the called while I was in between my class). The man told that there was a mistake from the deliver person's side because he is a newly appointed one. As he is poor and will lose his job, he offered me to pay the amount from his side if I wrote back closing the complaint which I never did. I in fact once again called the CCE to check with the status and also had sent an email. As usual I was told they will get back to me once the issue was sorted out. I am still waiting for my refund and it is * months now.

Therefore I am sending this complaint for getting refund money.
