I used Hathway broadband for more than * years. During installation, they collected Rs. **** as a refundable deposit for Modem/Router. I have submitted the router. It's been more than a year and I haven't received anything. I have been to their office in Stanza, called CC multiple time and sent all the required details but no one responded. I am really tired of following up with this.
