- Refund not initiated Open
I have done a payment for Mahe Online Application form. After doing the payment through Paytm UPI, the website showed that the payment got failed. Now, money got deducted from my account and I didn't get a refund. When I contacted Paytm customer care, they told this issue is to be resolved from the Merchant side. Please refund the money as soon as possible. I am furnishing the details below. I will be highly obliged to you.
