I have purchase AC product on **-Mar-**** at jiomart online shopping and spent Rs: *****.**/- through CITIBANK Credit card and after so many following ups due to delay in delivery, finally on **-April-**** updated as Returned due to technical glitch from their side, but for refund also it took almost again **days and till now not yet all refund initiated, everyday I'm following and soo much vexed on this and customer support team saying we are looking into this. I'm in worst situation now. Credit card payment due date also over, please do the needful, I need interest amount as well
