This is in reference to the complaint I have made against gtpl firm for not providing the required service and fooling the customer.

This is a complete fraud that is happening at the ground level and there is no proper way to manage. sales and engineers are just doing fraud with thr people.

Here is the short description

I have requested for a wifi connection for *** Mbps on *st june **** and this was clearly communicated while requesting the connection.

Money was paid upfront and the cheque was released without providing wifi connection nor was the router for ***mbps was available.sales people are a complete fraud for your company

When I asked that why the money has been deducted , I was asked to wait for few days until the router was in stock. If the sales person is saying that I will provide ***mbps then why the router is not available.

I waited for *days and then engineer comes to my residence and joints the connection with the existing connection of jio without my consent and confirmation.

Ever since that your connection is not working and such pathetic way to providing connection with existing cable without checking and confirmin

This request was made during *th June and today is *th july . internet is still not working till date because of the mistake from your sales and engineering team.i have mailed *** request for refund by no positive response.

service quality is the worst and this mail and the write up will be highlighted in the complaint redressal forum for all social media.

We have also visited the big Bazaar office of surat and there were scenes of customer dispute for many people like us and we completely understand that you guys are doing the fraud at all levels and not refunding our money because of your pathetic policies.

I have not used services and you can check my usage. enough of complaints have been made and this will now be highlighted to your management to make them understand what is wrong with your firm.

Please refund my money as this is a hard earned money and not free for you.
