I have shown my interest on ACT internet connection in Visakhapatnam by visiting to ACT Website,
On *th march, **** some person with mobile no.********* has started contacting continuously to take the internet connection and on my need i have provided my details and on confirmation of feasibility at my location I had paid Rs.***/- to the account details provided by him through Google pay. later he stopped contacting me regarding Installation and all, i was started calling him and he ignored the calls continuously i tried with other number then he answered and said to contact some of installation members and provided me with the phone no. i had called to that number he was also not answered the calls on my continuous effort he answered the call and provide other persons contact number this process goes till two more members till **th March.
On March **th, **** when I called to the installation person then he said that there is no feasibility at my location without visiting to the place. Till **th March they said feasibility is there, there will be no issue in the same area then on **th March how In sudden feasibility will not be there.it clearly shows his negligibility on his work and they said they will refund the amount what I paid to my account they asked for my account details and I provided to them on **th March itself.
Till today on *th May ****, I’m daily calling to the ACT Customer support No.********** and raised the complaints regarding the refund issue. They closing the complaints without providing any resolution to my complaints and I’m again contacting them and reopening the complaints and when I questioned them they said to wait for **hours, within **hours the amount will be credited to my account, from march **th to till today the amount has not credited. As I’m a student it was not a nominal amount for me to ignore. It seems the company has planned to get funds by the customers like me as their minimum plan of Rs.***/- from a ***** connections will lead to **lakhs rupees if they had taken a loan from any bank the company will incur interest if they get funds in this way they can save the interest cost. It seems ACT Internet Company is doing fraud in this way by deceiving customers. I Hope you will provide me a justice to me and to persons like me.
