I have booked * international flight tickets (Jet-Airways) on Paytm portal. I have already waited for more than * months, still I haven't received the refund. Initially Paytm clearly informed me that, my PNRs got picked up for refund and then there was some guff up. Kindly please help as the amount is very huge and I am just ** years old, so I have lost all my savings because of this issue and also my family trip got spoiled. I have just attached my flight ticket. Please reach out to me for an additional info. Thanks in advance !!!
