- Refund not initiated even after 10 days Open
I purchased the Redmi K** mobile from Mi store online on **st July ****. The product was delivered on *nd Aug **** itself but the product wasn't handed over to me as it was exchanged offer and I asked what is the procedure they said they will be refunding my amount within *-* days. After * days I contacted Mi team on Mi store site. I was informed maximum by *th-day refund would happen but still, nothing happened. It was pushed to tomorrow and tomorrow until I contacted their twitter where they made me fill a form and I got a call from one of the Mi team and I was informed definitely within **th Aug **** I would be getting a refund as the maximum time is *-** days for a refund. I didn't get a refund on **th Aug too when I again tried to contact them through chat they said I have to fill a new form again and they will create a new ID for me which will take *-** days for a refund. So according to them all the past order details and its estimated time should be neglected and each and every time they will create a new complaint ID which will again take *-** days. Its a fraud by Xiaomi, please take action. My order number is ****************.
