I have ordered two car spare parts from online application name GOMECHANIC SPARES download from Google playstore. The invoice was generated on **.**.**** and i have received the order on **.**.** approx. After unboxing the delivered box it was found that the spare parts were not belongs to my car then i raised one return request on the application mail and they re collect the order on **.**.**.I have poke so many times to the GOMECHANIC SPARES application team regarding the refund process the getting negative response from their end.The payment term was cash on delivery so i have mailed my bank details for refund process but the application team taking long time to settle the issue. They contact me and explain some non logical issue.Their about *month still i have not received my refund.
My humble request to kindly take some serious action against the online application so that no one can be cheated in future.
