- Refund not initiated Open
I have booked tickets from MMT mobile application. First of all I booked three tickets from Hyderabad to bangalore on app. My money was deducted and I didn't receive any ticket. (neither on mail nor on message, in trip section also my trip was not listed) After few minutes I got mail saying that "resume your bus booking". Hence I tried to book tickets again. This time also same story happened. So I booked tickets from other app and got the tickets. I thought as tickets are not received and trip is not listed refund will be initiated. But that didn't happen. I raised query via MMT help section.. But no reply.. I was just had been assigned reference id. Then I waited for one day and then called to customer care. The person told me that you will be charged **% cancelation charges( for the tickets which I have never received) I explained him my case but he said as you raise your concern on portal I am counting cancellation charges from that day and not today, wow so kind he is. Then I again called on customer care. Another executive somehow understood my issue. He asked me to send tickets which I booked from other app as proof. So he can escalate the matter. I sent him all details as well as screenshot so that he understand that I have not received any ticket. But in reply he sent me tickets. How efficient is he. I was asking for refund and he sent me tickets. Am I going to sell these extra tickets? With my surprise, no refund has been initiated till date and on the day of journey I got call from travels that please board the bus. How I can travel in the bus with no tickets. I again called on customer care. I was promised by the executive that I will get call back from senior executives but till date I have not received a call or refund. I will never use this app in future and I also suggest others - beware.
