I had booked my flight from Mumbai to Kanpur for **th april , but due to lockdown the flights didn't start. I received my amount back in Spicejet creditshell.
Again I made booking for *th may, but the lockdown extended and again the flight was cancelled. But this time I didn't receive refund. I tweeted to them about this, they assured me that refund will be done in three weeks. But it is more than a month, no refund received. I tweeted today and they said that they have processed the refund but I have not received it.
