I ordered Bata Derby For Men (Color: BrownSize: *), Order ID:- OD******************.

I received this item on **th Dec, ****.

I had a size issue. So I placed an Exchange request with one size smaller item on *st Jan, ****.

Next day on *nd Jan, ****, my item was picked up by 'Delhivery.com' Courier Service, AWB No.:- ************.

As I tracked the package had already transited back to the seller.

Then I was told that I will receive my Exchange product on *th Jan, ****. But I didn't receive the product. Then I was told one more date,that is **th Jan,****.

But on **th Jan, ****, I received a message from flopkart that My exchange item was Canceled as the seller ran out of stock soon after I had placed the order.

Then I was supposed to get the Refund back for my Product (Rs.:- ****/-). But till now I haven't received this amount back.

I had paid the amount through the Flipkart Pay Later Service. And I have paid a total due of Rs. ****.**/- (Including this Rs. ****.**/-). on *th Jan,****. Now my Pay Later Due amount is ZERO.

So, Now the Total Refund amount of Rs. ****.**/- should reflect my Bank Accounts shared below only. I will not accept any kind of Credit limit for this amount or Gift card or something like that.

I had talked with one of the Flipkart Escalation desk executives, Mr. Alvaro. today at **.** AM. He also told me that I will get my Money back at Either on Bank account details shared or The source by where I had pay my Flipkart Pay Letter Bill. In both cases the Bank details are the same, which I have shared below.

Till now for this case, My issue was supposed to be resolved by first *th Jan, then **th Jan, then **th Jan, then **th Jan...... And now it is showing by **th Jan. But till now the issue has not been resolved. Until now I have not get my money back.

Till now many times (probably **-** times) I had conversations with your frontline executives. They told me that my case was handled by the Flipkart Backend team manually. And the team will reach e out regarding this concern.

But till now I haven't received any call from specifically 'Flipkart Backend Team'.
